Want to be part of a weekly livestream ON Amazon with host K.M. Robinson?
Each week, I’m inviting a handful of surprise authors onto the livestream where they’ll have a chance to pitch their book to new readers in hopes of getting book sales! All books discussed on the episode are linked to the page so viewers don’t have to leave the stream to place an oder.
Currently, these appearances are free for the authors as we launch the event for the first month or two.

MUST BE COMFORTABLE SPEAKING ON AIR ABOUT YOUR BOOK
BOOK MUST HAVE PROFESSIONAL COVER AND EDITING TO QUALIFY
YOUR BOOK PITCH
During your time on the livestream, you’ll be pitching your book several times—this is not an interview, though I will ask questions.
Guests will rotate on and off screen for the duration of the show so late viewers get to meet everyone.
You’ll be given several minutes to pitch your book, talk about some behind the scenes and book inspiration, give us a tour of your physical book (cover, back, interior, etc) and will wrap with a 30 second pitch. Please come with enough to talk about your book for 5 minutes at a segment, or else I’ll move on to the next authors and you won’t have as much time.
This is your chance to tell us who the book is perfect for, why we should read it, and what your big hook is.
THE SHOW
The livestream lasts for an hour, during which time I rotate between authors to give everyone a few minutes to pitch their book. You’ll be on screen for about two-three segments depending on time throughout the show and then on together for the final 30 second pitches.
We meet 20 minutes before air time for mic check where we go over the flow of the show. You’ll know the order of appearances before we go live so you won’t have to guess when you’ll be on stage.
I’ll be there to prompt the conversation, but you’re responsible for pitching your book (and pitching it well) to the audience.
Please ensure you are in a quiet, well-lit room for the stream. Any people and pets aside from you should be in another room during the production.
Attire is business casual (no tee shirts, nothing with logos, etc)
Please know your book well enough to be able to speak about it without reading anything.
You’re only speaking about one book during the stream. If you’ve written multiple books, you are invited to return for a new episode(s) for the other books.
All authors have to be clear about notable things in their books (steam level, triggering events, etc) during application and during the live event (this will not hinder your chances of being invited on the show, we’re just being very clear for the viewers)
We’re keep the show itself clean, meaning no swearing or anything too graphic as many of our viewers watch with their families in the room or nearby.
You are required to be present and engaged during the entire stream even when not on camera (a.k.a. please don’t walk away to do laundry)
You can join from a desktop or a cell phone, but it must be propped up and steady (no hand holding your phone to avoid shaky footage)
Keep in mind this is a professional production—please keep your settings professional (no laundry in the background, not from your car, etc)
Be sure to have a physical copy of your book to hold up while on air so everyone can see! You book link will also be displayed on the Amazon page while we’re on air for easy buying access!
You are responsible for sharing the promo for the stream with your fans—a rising tide raises all ships and if we all bring fans, this will grow rapidly and earn us some of the top placement on Amazon to be seen by patrons.
Your books are linked directly to the livestream so viewers can buy your books without leaving the stream! This is an affiliate link for me, so I get a small commission off each sale.

The *one* book you’ll be recommending during the stream
The Amazon link (direct Amazon link, not a Books2Read link)
Any steam level/trigger notifications I should be aware of (again, won’t hurt your chances, just being transparent)
Which Tuesday evenings you’re available in Sept/Nov 2021 (show at 6pm est, mic check at 5:40pm est)
The team will do a quality check once we receive your application and then place the best fits in the different episodes. During the initial launch, it will be very hard for us to respond to everyone, but once the initial rush passes, we’ll be doing our best to give feedback to everyone.
If you don’t get an episode this time, please feel free to apply with this or other books in the future. This is a weekly, ongoing stream so there are lots of opportunities to get involved.
In addition to this, there will be openings for dedicated paid video placements on the storefront that will link directly to your product pages for people to view (these will be in the Reader Convo style from my TikTok that have seen hundreds of thousands of views on individual videos in the series—these spots will open up in Oct) Please feel free to reach out about info on advanced placement for these for first access and early bird rates.
